I just moved to the Phoenix area and found Dr. Bruce through an online search that lead to their website. For one, they were one of the only doctor's that I called (that were in my insurance and could be my PCP) that could take me in right away - let alone within a shorter time than a couple months for my first appointment. The wait was nothing bad at all, typical and what should be expected for a first visit especially. The nurse that first took me back was very nice and seemed thorough. The doctor came in somewhat quickly compared to what I have experienced in the past. He was thorough, and attacked my symptoms from many different angles. He actually had me do the lab work site on scene which is not normally how my doctor visits go - doctors usually set up and appointment for a later time to come back for X-rays, bloodwork, etc. And above all that, I got results almost immediately! Of course the bloodwork wasn't immediate, but I heard results with a couple working days which is much faster than I have ever experienced.\r

Above all of this, I appreciated the fact that this office and doctor are open to different kinds of treatment, as well as strongly believing in prevention. I am tired of going to the doctors and having them barely pay attention to what is really going on and just prescribe something to treat my symptoms. Dr. Bruce tended to cover most bases - and is interested in doing other things before surgery or prescribed medicines. \r

The only negative was the staff at the front counter - they were on the rude side, and are not very good on the phone when making an appointment. At least they could make an appointment for the very next day though, how great is that?
Pros: Thorough, attentive service, fast scheduling, open to different treatments.
Cons: Rude front desk staff.
