This place is great until you actually buy from them. The sales woman was very helpful and informative prior to our purchase. Less than a month after our purchase we had issues with the pillows on the spa warping and fading. Alicia in the service department was less than helpful. No one in service ever answers the phone and it take a few days for a return phone call after leaving messages. We had to go to the store with the pillows to speak with someone. We were told the pillows were not under warranty (this was less than a month after the spa was delivered) and we would have to purchase new ones at $36.00 each if we wanted them replaced. We ended up calling Hot Springs Spas / Watkins mfg who sent us new pillows in 3 days at no charge. The invoice with the pillows showed at wholesale cost of $12.00 each for the pillows (thanks Bob). A few months later the remote control panel stopped functioning. After leaving numerous messages we spoke with Alicia in service and had the panel replaced under warranty. A month later the panel went out again. This time when trying to contact the service dept. we left numerous messages without return a return phone call and ended up calling Hot Springs directly. They in turn got in touch with Bob's and had them call us. Now it is February and the panel has failed again. We have a call into Bob's again (message left for Alicia in service), but we expect it will end up like last time, having to call directly to Hot Springs to finally get a reply from Bob's. Avoid this place unless you have somewhere else that will service you spa. more
