Nikki, the owner, and Taylor are fantastic, patient and knowledgeable. I walked in looking to get some tips on weight lifting and to get ready for summer, I now know more about my body then I ever have. I've learned about how to eat right, what kinds of foods to avoid and how less food isn't always better. I know what kinds of stretching to do after each set of weights, how to increase my weights with out injury and how to build long lean muscles. I've learned how to keep my heart rate in my optimum zone for the most efficient fat burning workout. I have even learned how to find my own heart rate zone. I've found people who enjoy the outdoors as much as I do giving me even more opportunities to get out and explore.
