I first discovered MissFit Adventures from an Oregonian feature article a few years ago. I had hiked with my dogs for many years but had lost the motivation as they had grown too old for long hikes. I began hiking and snowshoeing with MissFit groups, and met some great people who were all very health-oriented, positive and supportive. My next step was to commit to some personal training, which involved committing time and money, but I am so glad I did. Nikki Becker is very experienced at providing customized training and nutritional programs to fit individual goals. I was amazed at how much I improved last year in terms of overall fitness, strength, cardio endurance, and weight loss. I highly recommend both Nikki and Taylor as personal trainers, as they provide a very supportive, positive and encouraging atmosphere to complement their vast knowledge of physical fitness and overall health. The gym has a vast array of cardio and resistance equipment. The adventures I have been on include hiking, snowshoeing, and kayaking, and I hope to participate in many more.
