Although they are friendly their service is poor and the optician spends more time with female patients than ones who have an appointment and are kept waiting. If you want to get your glasses in any reasonable time like a week do not go here...REPEAT: DO NOT GO TO HALLMARK OPTICIANS the only reason I did was because I found one set of frames that I liked

Cons: service is terrible no follow up, keep you waiting for service and glasses
