My Sony video camera was having sync problems and was not recording properly. This establishment took in for repairs and returned it telling me the problem had been fixed. The vey first time I need it to use it, Christmas with the grandchildren, I recorded, at least I though I did, events during the holidays. When I tried to playback the tape, nothing, same problem I had initially. Bottom line, the problem was not fixed. I took it back and they told me I had to pay for the repairs again. This information was told to me 3 weeks after when I had to drive to their location because they did not have the decency to call me back.
