I had a camera and lens that needed service and dropped both off to ICR in Pasadena. A month later I picked both up, and that's when ICR told me they did not have the ""faulty"" parts they said they had to take out and replace (and which they charged me for), because they had ""disposed"" of them. Since they claimed they ordered all new parts directly from the manufacturer, I called Canon USA's parts depot, who had ICR on file but no record of any parts ordered during the time my camera and lens were in for repair. I asked ICR's owner, Mike Berberian, for proof in the form of a packing slip that they actually ordered new parts as he claimed they did. He refused, saying that packing slips were ""company information"" that ""could not be disclosed.""
