I used to be a big fan of Sada's Flowers despite their very high prices. They always delivered my flowers beautifully and on time. Then this Valentine's Day they simply didn't deliver my order to my wife. There was no apology. There was no explanation. There was nothing. I tried contacting them over the phone to no avail. I emailed them multiple times, not simply to complain, but just to find out what happened. No response at all. I used to justify their high prices with their great service but I can't any longer. Do your best to avoid using their services. You will certainly find someone less expensive and you'll be more likely to have your order delivered.
