I would leave 0 stars if I could. They guaranteed delivery & did not deliver! I then call the day after & no one will speak to me about it, they only comment that there is a note on the account for someone to call me soon . She defined soon as maybe today but maybe the first of next week. \r I paid in full for a guaranteed delivery date, then after they failed to deliver on said day, they cannot talk to or discuss what happened, why, or when I can speak to anyone. I can only presume defraud! Of course I will report this to my credit card company & I will get my $100, but now now my child in college, who is more than 2,500 miles from home has nothing! Mistakes happen, but I expect honesty upfront with immediate discussion on next steps. Sada s Florist obviously meet 0 stars, in dependability, trust, etc. do yourself a favor & don t risk the disappointment and defraud!! more

Sada's Flowers is always on time, and our clients are always very happy. Everything thing has always been really beautiful. We don't even have to give them that much direction, as the always know exactly what we want, and we've never had a complaint about them, ever. #1 Flower shop in Southern CA 2/3/2009

Since 1999 I have been using Sada's Flowers, and for those 9 yrs I haven't thought twice about using any other flower shop. Every time I order any type of arrangement from them they deliver amazing work beyond my expectations. Even during the busiest times of the year, such as valentine's and mother's day, my order(s) are always delivered on time. I love to use Sada's Flowers whenever the occasion strikes. I recommend this flower shop for those that want great quality, prices and services. Pros: On time, great service and quality! more

Don't order your flowers from here. 2/24/2007

I used to be a big fan of Sada's Flowers despite their very high prices. They always delivered my flowers beautifully and on time. Then this Valentine's Day they simply didn't deliver my order to my wife. There was no apology. There was no explanation. There was nothing. I tried contacting them over the phone to no avail. I emailed them multiple times, not simply to complain, but just to find out what happened. No response at all. I used to justify their high prices with their great service but I can't any longer. Do your best to avoid using their services. You will certainly find someone less expensive and you'll be more likely to have your order delivered. Pros: Beautiful Flowers Cons: Bad customer service. Very expensive. more
