Just had the most bizarre conversation today with the folks at Gym Source (Newton). There are 2-3 inches of snow on the ground, no schools closed, yet all of their deliveries (except one truck to a commerical site 5 miles from the warehouse) are cancelled today. So, if you buy from Gym Source, make sure you know what the weather will be before you set up your delivery, as it appears they are unwilling and/or unable to meet even the most minimum delivery obligations unless it's sunny and 70 degrees outside. Very inconvenient to waste an off day waiting for a delivery that is cancelled at the last minute - I might even understand if the schools were closed, but it's okay to send our children to wait at the bus stop, but the muscle guys from Gym Source can't work in the flurries.
Pros: good selection
Cons: bad customer service, wasted my time, couldn't deliver
