My shoes were misplaced for 3 days after their scheduled pick-up time with no call or explanation. When I finally received a call, they said sorry & that my shoes were ready. When I arrived, I received no personal apology & still had to pay for the service done. I made it clear that my shoes were needed for a special occassion & they weren't ready in time (they had been delivered to store 13 instead of store 3). Too bad for me; I won't go back. Pros: Good quality workmanship Cons: Very bad customer service more
