I am no longer there but I can attest to the fact that their staff is caring and well-trained. Their CCU crew is top notch. The job is difficult, the volume is high, but the techs, assistants and ward aides do a great job of holding it all together. I would take my pets there without concern - any department, any service. I completely trust what goes on behind the scenes. Can't say that about most places I've worked at.\r \r General suggestions:\r \r In an emergency situation, go to the nearest hospital. Just realize that every hospital will have a long wait, a big bill and unhappy owners. Also take note that all hospitals will take serious emergencies right away (hit by car animals, seizuring animals, pale, lifeless pets, active bleeders, bloated dogs, blocked cats, respiratory distress cases, etc.). Just realize that when you're waiting and waiting and waiting for your 'dog's broken leg' to be seen and a seizing Labrador comes in and goes directly to the treatment area followed b more
