I put a deposit on the Rock Band System on October 2nd. Since I hadn't heard from the store, I looked up the number and saw the last review saying they put a deposit down at this store only to find out they didn't hold their item. I called the store about mine, and what do you know? They didn't hold the system for me. They have my information in their system, they just neglected to call me and now they're all gone. Now I'll have to figure out where to get it (two weeks before Christmas) ... but they'll be "happy to give me my deposit back!". The appropriate thing to do would have been to have one sent from another store rather than leaving me to run around town to find one. It's the closest Gamestop to my house, but I won't go back. And as I'm typing I realized the only other time we shopped at this location, the game didn't didn't work and we had to take it back too. Very similar to the last review.
