Not enough staff. When I picked up my dog he was filthy even after I paid for a bath. My dog peed for days after bringing him home. It makes me wonder if he was ever let out of his room. Complained was told owner was busy and would call me back. As of today he has not called so I am not holding my breath. Next year I will take my dog with me.
