Front desk staff inefficient and not entirely friendly. Dr. Hanney is great; the clearly explained to me the treatment course and price. Dr. Shanker has terrible cat-side manner, terrible customer manner, and tries to sneak extra charges. I got the feeling that he didn't think explaining to me the treatment course was worth his time. It takes about 40 minutes to pick up kitty at end of day due to staff never being able to locate files and enter charges. I hate to bag on the front desk staff, as I get the feeling that 1. they are treated very badly by Dr. Shanker and 2. they are probably overworked. However, it makes it VERY difficult when calling to get an update, or to schedule an appointment.
