I've been going to this restaurant in Eden Gardens for over 30 years--when it was a mom and pop business. Though it's grown, gotten more expensive and the portions are smaller, it's still my family's "go-to," sit-down Mexican restaurant. The salsa is fine, the enchilada sauce divine. I usually get the chicken enchilada and the house cabbage dinner salad. My husband loves the chicken burrito (muy grande!) and the Chicken Milanesa plate.\r
Try going off hours--early lunch or dinner to beat the crowds. There are luncheon and Early Bird specials, and the happy hour with discounted Margaritas in the bar is very popular with locals.
