I recently took my Jetta in for service early morning at this Volkswagen dealership. The Service Manager (Kathy) was very nice and firendly, and when I asked if I could pick it up by 2:30 pm, she said no problem. I called a couple of times in the early afternoon to check if my vehicle was ready, but all I got was voice mail. I got to the dealership at 3 pm and was told to go to the Cashier. The person there (I don't know her name) checked for my paperwork but was not there, sho she went to Kathy and came by and told me that Kathy was just going to print my paperwork and will call me in a few minutes. 45 minutes after, I was still waiting, so I went back to the cashier and told her how long I had been waiting. She said she would check, but never came back and updated me. After another 15 minutes, Kathy showed up- did not apologize and acted as if nothing happened.
