First of all, let me just preface this with saying that I do love this restaurant. BUT after eating there yesterday and getting violently ill I'm not sure I will return. After notifying the server of my gluten allergies and requesting no english muffin because of it they proceeded to serve me a hollandaise sauce in which they used flour to thicken. First of all, as a server myself if someone at my table says they have an allergy I make positive nothing of that ingredient is included in their meal. Second of all, hollandaise sauce isn't made with flour, and if you thicken it with anything at all it's with a cornstarch mix. And last-knowing the complexities of this allergy I've safely eaten this recipe before, and never had a reaction such as I did yesterday. If you make changes, please be sure your staff is aware.\r
