Have you ever read a negative comment and thought to yourself ""There's two sides to every story""? Some consumers don't always think of that but really they should. What's really happening when a company gets a bad review, whether via the internet or through the a local agency that may handle complaints, is that they have had (or may still have) a consumer that isn't completely satisified with the end result answers. It could be a consumer that was evicted for non-payment of rent, it could be a consumer that doesn't want to take their share of responsibility according to a signed lease agreement, or it could even be a consumer that doesn't wish to come face to face to attempt to solve any possible outstanding issues. Let's ponder one simple question -- if things are as truly bad in a situation you may be in, would you continue to allow that situation to continue? We emplore anyone reading these reviews, come check us out for yourself.
