Have you ever read a negative comment and thought to yourself ""There's two sides to every story""? Some consumers don't always think of that but really they should. What's really happening when a company gets a bad review, whether via the internet or through the a local agency that may handle complaints, is that they have had (or may still have) a consumer that isn't completely satisified with the end result answers. It could be a consumer that was evicted for non-payment of rent, it could be a consumer that doesn't want to take their share of responsibility according to a signed lease agreement, or it could even be a consumer that doesn't wish to come face to face to attempt to solve any possible outstanding issues. Let's ponder one simple question -- if things are as truly bad in a situation you may be in, would you continue to allow that situation to continue? We emplore anyone reading these reviews, come check us out for yourself. We have standard lease agreements for our rentals, we have one of the highest ratings in community association management, we've been able to upgrade to a bigger office due to excellant customer service, and we have a wonderful team of people that constantly work together to Strive to Improve (hence the username). Our website is westernnv (dot) com and there is an array of information on there just for you. Please let us know how we can help fulfill your management needs and have a great day.
