Doesn't return phone calls for unit owners, when accepting a call is rude to customers, doesn't adhere to Bylaws, doesn't hold Board accountable for their actions or to follow the Bylaws, doesn't communicate when work is being done on the property that will disrupt tenants until after the work starts, doesn't comunicate how vendors where selected and although annual condo association meetins are required under the Bylaws - hasn't had a condo meeting in 3 years and has openly rejected condo owners requests for a meeting more
