Worst property Management company I ever dealt with. 3 1/2 months and 5 calls ago my wife and I requested an electrician look at the intercom and still no response. Separately 2 months for a parking pass to be sent...nothing. I call again expressing frustration and I'm told ""you don't sign my paycheck""...On top of it we got a separate assessment...with no explanation. Recomending the condo board let em go.....how do they stay in business.... more

Property & financials never looked better 8/31/2010

Principal and property manager very knowledgeable of property mgt business and condo law. Financials are in good hands. Enhanced asthetics and necessary preventative maintenance and repairs made with budget in mind. Uses quality vendors and not afraid to make sure the job is done right or else you won't get paid. Annual Meetings held yearly and other special meetings as requested. Can be tough, its a tough business, but effective and does what's best for your property and wallet. more

About 2 monthes ago I needed help with 2 Cert 6-D forms for my units. Dianne from HPM was very pleasant indeed. She was very helpful in my request and in a timely manner. The forms were sent out promply. She also went out of her way to connect me with a plumber late in the evening on a weekend. She also recomended a painter. Poor Customer Service 12/17/2007

Doesn't return phone calls for unit owners, when accepting a call is rude to customers, doesn't adhere to Bylaws, doesn't hold Board accountable for their actions or to follow the Bylaws, doesn't communicate when work is being done on the property that will disrupt tenants until after the work starts, doesn't comunicate how vendors where selected and although annual condo association meetins are required under the Bylaws - hasn't had a condo meeting in 3 years and has openly rejected condo owners requests for a meeting more

Poor customer interface 10/21/2006

Agent for condominiums does not provide assistance to residents, but acts as policeman. Treats residents as children who have to ask permission to do anything to their units. Does not listen to requests for assistance, but holds tenants accountable for rules and regulations not published to residents. Intolerant of mistakes made in good faith. Pros: Takes care of business efficiently Cons: Unfriendly and intimidating to residents more
