This store overcharged me, and in addition, downright insulted me when I reminded them about the original price quoted!! Dont even bother going there, they will lie outright and then arm twist you into paying whatever they want AFTER providing the service. In addition, the store clerk outright claimed that I did not have the common sense to know that there would be additional charges beyond the original quote. Can you imagine that??!!\r

I wish I had never stepped into this store. Being cheated, lied to, and coerced ino making a payment IS NOT how to run any business. UPS Store 5711 has not yet learned this. I say, customers should vote with their pocket books and keep away!
