UPS Store

This is a great example of a locally run family business that values it's customers. I had a bunch of stuff to ship to my daughter in college, and couldn't get them all into my car. The owner drove over to my house on his own time picked it all up, then packed it all for me and shipped them all off with just a moderate shot to my wallet. The staff is small, but know what they're doing and did the best job on keeping me updated on the status of my shipments. The post office might be cheaper, but this was outstanding service! This store overcharged me, and in addition, downright insulted me when I reminded them about the original price quoted!! Dont even bother going there, they will lie outright and then arm twist you into paying whatever they want AFTER providing the service. In addition, the store clerk outright claimed that I did not have the common sense to know that there would be additional charges beyond the original quote. Can you imagine that??!!\r \r I wish I had never stepped into this store. Being cheated, lied to, and coerced ino making a payment IS NOT how to run any business. UPS Store 5711 has not yet learned this. I say, customers should vote with their pocket books and keep away! Cons: Overcharge, Bait & Switch, Coerce you to Pay, Outright Liars more
