I completely support the mission of Prevent a Litter that focuses on preventing overpopulation of animals. I have also heard great things about the surgeon from my regular vet. DO YOUR RESEARCH before going here, so that you know what your dog needs. I found the staff very incompetent. When asking questions about my dog's health, I was never given a straight answer. I was basically ""steam-rolled"" and ignored the entire time I was there. I would speak with one person one day and be told contradicting statements from other employees. My dog was giving vaccinations at an inappropriate time and I was told it was my problem and was not reimbursed. When calling, several staff members were VERY rude with me and I was told, and I quote, ""You need to do your research, because your Vet doesn't know what he's talking about."" I would rather pay the difference, and go to a vet than deal with inconsiderate, sarcastic, and rude staff. The ONLY pros for this place are the cheap prices. However, I think you get what you pay for, and maybe less.
Pros: cheap
Cons: bad service, rude staff, incompetent practice
