Sorry that the previous reviewers had such a bad customer service experience, but I have had exactly the opposite. I have placed 4 orders in 2007 and this is the only bakery I will ever use! The cakes and petit fours are the best I have ever had. I MADE A MISTAKE on the date I wanted a sheet cake ready for 100 and Miss Ella adjusted and had the cake ready for me the very next day. Yes it's a small business, yes it's mom and pop, but hey....if you want corporate, dry, run of the mill cake, then go to that type of shop. These are down home desserts for down home people....just like with any other good restaurant or business in Atlanta...there may be a short wait....but it's worth it!!!
Pros: Fantastic taste, willing to go the extra mile for your special event
Cons: Confirm your order twice and yes, there will probably be a wait
