I have taken my golden retriever to this groomer three times and they have never put her in their system. I took her in 5 days ago, and they had her down (I made an appointment) as a yorkie. When I picked her up 6 hours after dropping her off, she looked fine and was anxious to be out the door. Upon further inspection I found that her tail was extremely uneven and had inches long portions that had not been clipped. I had to even it up myself. She had three mats that weren't there when I dropped her off which I had to cut out, bows in her hair that had to be cut out because they were put in so tightly and she reeked of cologne so badly that I had to roll the windows down in the car.
