If you're into authentic Texas BBQ and a friendly people then Big Lou's is your place. The beef brisket is slow smoke over mesquite 12 hours, the ribs are to die for and don't even get me started on their monthly steak night which is practically standing room only for cooked to order steaks that melt in your mouth as does the smoked prime rib on the special nights that those are offered. The sweet potato pies are home made and wonderful if you manage to still have room for them after your meal.
