I have been a patient of Dr. Bray for about 5 years now. I saw her once in 2002 and have seen Terri, one of the NPs since. Terri is great - but the rest of the staff, AWFUL. I am extra nice to the receptionist, even though she has been nasty to me on several occassions because if I am not - I'm afraid she would do something ""creative"" with my records. Plus I'm not really a mean person. I know that her job isn't easy. Still, perhaps she might want to find a job with less customer contact. Sadly, the nurses or assistants who actually do your BP, temp and weight, change with regularity. My last visit the nurse argued with me about something in my chart. She demanded I get off the table ""show me where it is, I can't find it."" Needless to say once I did, she cooled down a little but still, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. Visit before that - the nurse poked me so many times for a draw she had to get someone else to do it and I had a bruise for a week. Just a thought - if staff aren't sticking around there might be an issue that Dr. Bray might want to examine? Howabout these reviews?
Pros: Close to home. Parking. Nice cats. Terri!
Cons: Does Dr. Bray even work there anymore?
