I'll start with the positive by saying that the pizza is good. That's where it ends as far as my personal experience. There where customers before me and after me but not in succession) and I observed how the staff treated each of us. For some reason I was snubbed when spoken to, no greeting, barely any eye contact. I was pleasant and courteous when placing my dine-in order but could not understand the negative attitude. I handed my card for payment and in return it was thrown on the counter (I still left a 15% tip). While waiting for our order, other dine-in customers had their food brought out to them. When my orders was ready, they yelled out what was ordered so we had to go to the counter to pick it up each time. Mind you that it was NOT busy (no one was in line to order). A little background on my group (3 Caucasians and two Asian Americans, few would say I look Hispanic). Pros: Decent Pizza, Ample Parking Cons: Service needs diversity training. more
