The employees were nice, they were helpful and let me browse. The manager was a young girl with red hair. She told me the things she was working on, her favorite yarns, the yarns that were on sale, and really got me excited about knitting again. They have a lady on staff called the knitting doctor, i asked her a few questions about shaping and she really seemed to know her stuff. I signed up for the free newsletter and cant wait to get it.
