THE BEST YARN SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO! 9/11/2011

If you are a knitter or crocheterIf and are near Cape May, don't miss Fiber Arts Yarn Shop! They have the largest collection of handmade items on display I'e ever seen... The shop is full of inspiration and the helpful staff will guide you to that new project you are looking for. I have also been able to mail order through them since the shop in my town is now closed. The manager was also able to help me choose just the right yarn for a pattern that I had for years... thanks margie! more

I had a great at the store. Margie is fantastic at helping me pick out the perfect project for my daughter! I can't wait to go to their retreat in the spring. more

The prices of the so-called special yarns are too high for anyone to afford in this economy. Sales do not help, retreats do not solve the problem, and schlepped vendor sales are skimpy. The level of hostility between the employees was loud, obvious and disturbing. This store will close. And this is good as Cape May is a place of calm gentility and good manners and morality none of which are present in this establishment. Cons: a hostile rip-off more

I visited this yarn shop last summer. It was WOW! the biggest selection of yarn i've just about ever seen. 12/27/2007

The employees were nice, they were helpful and let me browse. The manager was a young girl with red hair. She told me the things she was working on, her favorite yarns, the yarns that were on sale, and really got me excited about knitting again. They have a lady on staff called the knitting doctor, i asked her a few questions about shaping and she really seemed to know her stuff. I signed up for the free newsletter and cant wait to get it.
