I took my car to Central Auto Sound to have them install XM radio. I made a 9AM appointment. They kept my car all day - and when I went to pick it up I noticed that they had scratched my dash up and put deep gouges in it. They also chipped the wood trim around my shifter handle and bent the clips that hold my ceiling light in place (it's hanging down loose), as that's where they were initially going to install the unit. EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED, THEY RUINED! When I confronted the owner about it he argued with me and then walked away - great way to run a business!
Cons: Would not accept responsibiliby (or only partial responsibility) for damage to my vehicle
