Making an appointment here is like making an appointment at an HMO. The receptionist, Mia (pronounced Meeya), was incompetent (had difficulty reading the therapist's schedules and finding my name, even though I have been going there for over 1 1/2 years) and when I asked if she was new, she responded in a snotty and defensive tone as if I was at fault. If you call there and get her on the phone, ask for someone else. I've noticed that the front office staff is getting worse.
I only continue to go because of Trisha, who is a fantastic deep tissue massage therapist. If she leaves, so will I, because the rest are pretty mediocre and I don't need to pay for attitude from the receptionists.
