Being the owner of Munch Cafe and Grill, I was very upset to read your review. I have no excuse or explanation for the poor service or the food being served to you so terribly. I respect your feed back and take it to heart when a customer is not satisfied. I hope that you will please reconsider coming back to the cafe so I can make it right. I feel that if given the chance you might enjoy it as your friends did in the past. Once again I want to apologize for the bad experience that you had at my cafe. I hope you and your family have a very happy holiday. I feel that the staff as well as myself will learn from this mistake and it will be corrected to prevent this in the future.
