Not sure why the other reviewer had such a negative experience, but I have been coming to the Chateau for years and have never had a bad time. Admittedly, I have only come for brunch or lunch, so maybe it's different at dinnertime. Anyway, yes, the service can sometimes be slow, but I have always enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere is just so classic rock 'n' roll. The seared ahi appetizer and cold artichoke soup are my favorite and all the salads are good. The best place to sit is the courtyard -- it feels like you've escaped to some beautiful little hideaway far from the city. And, if you're like me & get a kick out of seeing celebs, then you'll simply love it here -- I've never not seen a famous face!
Pros: Food is delicious, scene is unbeatable
Cons: Valet parking is pricey
