Thank you for your great service, I really appreciate all you guys did for me and my kids. The rooms are clean and big but most of all your customer service its awesome!

Worst

It was a beautiful evening so we decided to eat in at the Chatueau Marmont's garden restaurant; however, when we got there they sat us in an inside room by ourselves ...insisting...

Nice hotel staff 3/26/2006

Recently I stayed at the Chateau Marmont in LA and it was very nice. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. The room service was quick, although the food was only okay. The rooms are decent, but you are definitely paying for the atmosphere, location and history of the hotel. There is a lot to do since its on Sunset. You can walk to many restaurants, clubs, coffee houses and much much more. I would recommend staying here. My only gripe was the elevator is really old, slow and scary. more

Marmont Chateau 3/10/2006

This hotel is beautiful and feels like a medieval castle. The location is terrific because the hotel is right in the middle of the Sunset Strip and is surrounded by lush, green trees. I loved just chilling on the patio with a beverage. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Room rates are very expensive though. more

Nothing like what you would think 1/17/2006

This place is legendary. But I thinkt hat the reason it is legendary is it's homey atmosphere. The celebrities that coem here, no matter how big, are actually very low key. And the staff here treats you like family, no matter what or who you are. Considering how most of LA behaves, that is reason enough to stay here and no where else. more
