The sauna and steam rooms didn't work (they said this was temporary but I don't think it is).
The facial was supposed to be $100. The therapist was asking me whether I wanted a seaweed mask and 'oxygen'- I just assumed they came with the facial and said sure (maybe I'm just very naive). They ended up costing an extra $100!! Plus it only took her about 10mins to do both!
I also found some diamond earrings in my locker - I was the first to use the locker (my appointment was at 9am) and when I brought them to the front desk, the lady said, "oh these must be the earrings that lady was talking about". They hadn't even bothered to search the lockers for them!
I didn't find the girls at the front desk very friendly and the girl beside me was complaining about her treatment when she was checking out too. None of the customers seemed happy.
