Dr. Bruce is rude and very belittling to some of his patients and staff. As a patient I have seen this and heard about from others. He doesn't make you feel like he truly cares about you, and it shows. With many other dentists out there, I am not sure why anyone would waste their time & money visiting him. He is also very pricey, has long wait time, and staff is not always the friendliest, except when you are paying your bill of course.
