Don't waste your time or money! 8/16/2011

Dr. Bruce is rude, and uncaring, just like someone else commented a few years ago - some things never change. He doesn't care about you or your teeth - he just wants your money. His fancy office is just a show to get you in the door. All the good reviews must be from his friends and family:) more

Dr. A. Bruce has taken care of my dental work since I was a child and always gives the best, most comfortable care possible. Also, received care from Dr. J. Bruce who does an equally wonderful job. I love how they use "The Wand" to deliver analgesic shots which is almost painless. I also got my teeth to "celebrity white" with Zoom whitening in their office. Their staff is friendly, and you feel like you are at home everytime you walk in. Would recommend them to anyone! Even if you live an hour away, it is worth the drive to have this level of dental care! more

Highly Recommended! 1/31/2011

By far the best dental practice in the Upstate. Dr. Bruce has over 25 years of experience with his son, Dr. Jay Bruce as his apprentice. The staff is always very courteous and engaging. They always go out of their way to make me feel welcome and connect with me on a personal basis.\r \r To anyone looking for exceptional work and a welcoming staff, I highly recommend you give them a try. more

Dr. Bruce is a wonderful dentist. He keeps up with the latest dental technology. I always feel like I'm getting first class care when I go there. All his staff is so nice. I had a crown done there and Dr. Bruce called me that night to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce. I'm glad he's in Pendleton. more

I would not recommend Dr. Bruce 11/28/2007

Dr. Bruce is rude and very belittling to some of his patients and staff. As a patient I have seen this and heard about from others. He doesn't make you feel like he truly cares about you, and it shows. With many other dentists out there, I am not sure why anyone would waste their time & money visiting him. He is also very pricey, has long wait time, and staff is not always the friendliest, except when you are paying your bill of course. more
