The cleaners did only 2/3 of what the sales woman had promised and written on my receipt, and the 1/3 that they didn't clean was what I had needed them to do the most! I left a voicemail message the following day because they rarely answer the phone. After weeks of leaving voice messages, emails, and even speaking directly to two employees, finally a manager called me back. It was definitely too late for him to send someone to finish the job! I had not been home at the time the cleaners decided to leave, so according to their policy I'd left a check on my table, which of course was processed.
