Review content:
The cleaners did only 2/3 of what the sales woman had promised and written on my receipt, and the 1/3 that they didn't clean was what I had needed them to do the most! I left a voicemail message the following day because they rarely answer the phone. After weeks of leaving voice messages, emails, and even speaking directly to two employees, finally a manager called me back. It was definitely too late for him to send someone to finish the job! I had not been home at the time the cleaners decided to leave, so according to their policy I'd left a check on my table, which of course was processed. He promised me a full refund would come in the mail in 7 days. It has been 9 weeks since the original cleaning date and despite my many messages left for the man who promised me the refund, I have received nothing. I considered their prices high, but was willing to pay to have professional cleaning. I have since had to pay others to do the job Merry Maids didn't do, but took the money for a
