The workers where extremely rude and unprofessional. They damaged my vehicle and refused to give me their insurance information. After contacting the owner he agreed to look at my vehicle yet didn't come on the day he stated he would and didn't call the night before or the day of as he said he would. He has not returned my calls since. This company drives around and tows peoples cars at the owners consent, yet the owners have just filled out a bunch of signed complaint forms that they keep on file. The owner doesn't actually call or come in and file a formal complaint. Seems extremely unethical to me. The owner told me on the phone that it isn't against city ordinance or code but i was told by a Champaign Police officer that it is a violation....hmmm we will find out soon
