Like other complainer said, if there was an option for no stars I would rate it like that. It is the worst company I have been with. I was visiting my son in U of I and parked my car in a wrong place. My car was towing by this company. Only about 2.5 miles and a couple of hours, this company wanted me to pay $205. The people in the company are extremely rude and they know I have to pay what they want since I have no other choices.\r \r I read a lot of complains about this company over internet, the lot of victims like me were students who have no or very low income, but helpless. This company flagrantly robs money from this vulnerable groups, but, the owner and people in this company don't feel guilty. I feel so badly for American to allow this corrupt company to exist more

Terrible Service In Time Of Crisis 2/1/2011

The man I talked to on the phone just hung up on me. Not that he would have helped since when I asked him how long the truck would take to get there he replied: Its dangerous to pull it out in the dark, it will have to wait until tomorrow. The forecast for tomorrow is 8"-12" of snow with ice accumulation starting tonight. Seems odd they would wait until that happened. Use a different towing service, these people are rude and lazy. more

If there was an option for no stars I would rate it like that. These people that work there are completely ignorant. The absolute lack of respect and terrible service really reflects why I rated them so low. They need to get an audit by the BBB. more

Good Service 12/4/2010

I just called Reynolds on December 3, 2010 when I needed help with a flat. Service was speedy, the person who responded was competent, professional and friendly, and I found their charge comparable to another service I've used recently in Danville, Illinois, where I live.\r \r I also used Reynolds some years ago when my battery died and received the same competent friendly service. more

Reynolds Towing Svc Inc is CRAP 8/19/2009

Run by a bunch of rude, uneducated, self-entitled morons who don't even know the law regarding towing in the state of Illinois. Threatened collections when we refused to pay almost 300 bucks for an inoperable car illegal towed from private property worth little more than that. Swore at us when we tried to clean out the car -- told us we couldn't have any personal possessions in the vehicle. That's fine, I know that's the law. Apparently this is the only law they're familiar with. We were simply going to throw all the garbage away and save them the trouble. Guess they like trouble. more

Damaged my vehicle 11/27/2007

The workers where extremely rude and unprofessional. They damaged my vehicle and refused to give me their insurance information. After contacting the owner he agreed to look at my vehicle yet didn't come on the day he stated he would and didn't call the night before or the day of as he said he would. He has not returned my calls since. This company drives around and tows peoples cars at the owners consent, yet the owners have just filled out a bunch of signed complaint forms that they keep on file. The owner doesn't actually call or come in and file a formal complaint. Seems extremely unethical to me. The owner told me on the phone that it isn't against city ordinance or code but i was told by a Champaign Police officer that it is a violation....hmmm we will find out soon more

Towed 10/28/2007

They charged $150 to tow my car 4 blocks. They deserve to be in jail for this kind of theft. I plan to despute this charge and file a compaint with the city of Champaign for price gouging. $150 for 20 minutes of work sounds like the type of busiess I need to be in. more

This company has no idea what they are doing. they were incompetent and rude, if you are looking to have your car towed, I suggest you go to Tatmans. more
