The wine is sub-par and overpriced and the ""wine making"" experience really just involves stirring the mixture in a white plastic bucket after you empty the grapes from a plastic bag. More importantly though, the management of Swirll is rude in such an extreme way it became almost unbelievable. I would highly recommend avoiding this place, as there are far better wine bars in the area that understand how not to insult their customers. When spending $500-$1000 you would expect the customer service to be more comparable to fine dining than a gas station.
