I'm not putting my personal information out there, but I can guarantee I'm a real customer and not involved in any way with the computer industry. I brought my Gateway 450ROG into your 15th Ave. office in Ballard, and for whatever reason, the computer was eventually transferred to your Lake City Way office. The inverter chip was the problem, and after having paid the $80 deposit, I was told I would need to pay another 1.5 hrs in labor to replace the chip. Plus you were going to charge me $90 for a new chip, and I got one online for about $20. And I replaced it myself (having never opened a computer before in my life) in about 10 minutes. You were prepared to charge me $290 for a $20 fix. If that's not shady, I don't know what is. \r
