I puchased 3 windows and it has been a night mare. I purchased the $259.00 windows. When they installed my windows in my 1929 home they cut away the side stops from the out side of the window. There is a gap of about a half inch all the way around all 3 window where you can see the insulation blowing in the wind and can physically see inside the middle of the wall. I got home and was just apalled. The whole purpose of purchasing new windows is for energy effecientcy with a half an inch gap all the way around the windows isn't my idea of energy efficient. Never would I use them for anything again nor would I recommend them for anything. I am concidering taking them to court I am so upset.
Pros: Please ask every question possible no faith in their service at all
