We had 16 windows installed on the back of our house and were lucky enough to get Jim and his crew to do the work. They were professional, friendly, respectful, quick, and clean. These guys know what they're doing. And got the job done early. The best contractor experience I have had. If I was in the market for more windows I would ask for these installers specifically. Of course the windows are great, too! Pros: great service, installation Cons: can't think of any more

2nd Time Around 10/23/2008

This was the second time the we used window world to put windows in our home. Again, they were prompt, professional, neat and courteous. From the start of the sale to the end of the installation, they were great, excellent job. I would recommend to anyone! more

No, I'm not related to Michael Phelps. I get sick of that question. As far as window world is concerned, their workers did excellent work, were very courteous and informative. We are very happy with everything. Pros: on time, friendly, neat and clean, informative, good sales rep, no pressure Cons: we'll probably never need them again :) more

I had a rental home that needed new windows. The salesman, Hugh was very pleasant and thorough, and tailored the windows to exactly what I wanted. The installers worked hard all day-were very thorough and friendly. Overall, a great experience. Pros: Affordable, thorough, friendly more

Window world of madison TN 11/13/2007

I puchased 3 windows and it has been a night mare. I purchased the $259.00 windows. When they installed my windows in my 1929 home they cut away the side stops from the out side of the window. There is a gap of about a half inch all the way around all 3 window where you can see the insulation blowing in the wind and can physically see inside the middle of the wall. I got home and was just apalled. The whole purpose of purchasing new windows is for energy effecientcy with a half an inch gap all the way around the windows isn't my idea of energy efficient. Never would I use them for anything again nor would I recommend them for anything. I am concidering taking them to court I am so upset. Pros: Please ask every question possible no faith in their service at all more
