Marina Shamsuozzoha is unable to listen to parental concerns. She is unwilling to allow parents to address concerns they may have over the care of their children. If concerns are brought up it is blamed on the parent and child. She is aggressive and tactless and unwilling to listen to any opinion other than her own. She believes it is morally within her rights as a childcare provider for her to host private social gatherings during school hours as long as she in ""on the premises"". Even though she is within her legal rights to do so I believe that this kind of behavior shows disregard for the wellbeing of the children and disregard for her role as a ""directress"". She is unprofessional and inappropriate and harsh when interacting with concerned parents. She holds herself to different standards than she holds the young children to in her care. I would not recommend this daycare for these reasons. The children are not allowed to play in her garden only on concrete. There is no water play.
