I was misquoted by them and paid a super high down payment!! When I got my first bill it was $75 more than what they quoted me. It has been nothing but a pain to deal with them. I am still trying to get a refund from them after cancelling my insurance. On top of that I am getting billed directly from Mercury because they failed to cancel my policy as I requested. Now they want to send me to collections! Do not go here for insurance!!!
Cons: Misquote just about every customer to get them in the door...this happens a lot!
